1、儲存條件：原包裝于2～30℃陰涼干燥處保存，不得凍存，在有效期內使用。

2、有效期：24個月

陽性（+）：僅在控制區（C）出現一條紫紅色條帶，在檢測區（T）無紫紅色條帶出現。陽性結果表明尿液中的BUP濃度在閾值（300ng/mL）以上。

陰性（-）：出現兩條紫紅色條帶。一條位于檢測區（T），另一條位于控制區（C）。陰性結果表明尿液中的BUP濃度在閾值（300ng/mL）以下。

無效：控制區（C）未出現紫紅色條帶。表明操作不當或試劑盒已失效。在此情況下，應再次仔細閱讀說明書，并用新的試劑盒重新測試。如果問題仍然存在，應立即停止使用此批號產品，并與當地供應商。

注意：檢測區（T）紫紅色條帶可呈現顏色深淺的現象。但是，在規定的觀察時間內，不論該色帶顏色深淺，即使只有非常弱的色帶也應判定為陰性結果。
