Flame control
錯(cuò)誤的做法：噴火嘴位置過(guò)高，火焰直接燒到坩堝而不是底座；火嘴位置沒(méi)調(diào)整好，這造成火焰總是燒到坩堝的某一側(cè)，從而使得該側(cè)損壞。Wrong practice: The position of the burner is too high, the flame is directly burned to the crucible instead of the base； the position of the fire mouth is not adjusted properly, which causes the flame to always burn to one side of the crucible, so that the side is damaged.
正確的做法：火焰首先繞過(guò)底座再圍繞坩堝盤(pán)旋上升；調(diào)整好火焰的高度，使得火焰沿切線方向圍繞坩堝盤(pán)旋。
Right practice: The flame first moves around the base and then rises around the crucible, adjusting the height of the flame, causing the flame to rotate around the crucible in tangential direction.
1.火焰的高度與底座持平，沿底座的切線方向進(jìn)入，先繞過(guò)底座，然后圍繞坩堝盤(pán)旋上升。The height of the flame is preferably equal to the height of the base, along the tangential direction of the base, first around the base, and then around the crucible.
2.為保護(hù)坩堝釉層，避免坩堝氧化，火焰應(yīng)為輕微的氧化性氣氛（燃油爐的火焰頭部呈現(xiàn)淡綠色）。In order to protect the crucible glaze layer, to avoid oxidation of the crucible, the flame should be a slight oxidizing atmosphere (fuel burner flame head appears pale green).
3.為保證坩堝整體的均勻加熱，避免某個(gè)部位過(guò)熱，應(yīng)使用合適的燃燒器和燃燒噴嘴，且火力不能過(guò)大。To ensure uniform heating of the crucible as a whole, to avoid overheating of a part, use the appropriate burner and combustion nozzle, and the firepower cannot be too large.
