【預期用途】
尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿,是導致吸煙成癮的物質動因,也是評價人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標。但因為尼古丁半衰期短,無法作為標志物檢測,其代謝物可替寧因為半衰期長作為吸煙和戒煙的標志物。
本品采用競爭抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術,用于快速定性檢測人體唾液中的可替寧,適用于評價煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。

方法構建出一種能夠合成蒎烯的細菌。重組細菌產生蒎烯的能力比先前提細菌了6倍。相關研究成果發表在
2014年2月的《ACS合成生物學》(ACS Synthetic Biology)雜志上。
科研人員將3種蒎烯合成酶(pinene synthases,PS)和3種香葉基二磷酸合成酶(geranyl diphosphate
synthases,GPPS)進行兩兩組合,以篩選比較蒎烯產量zui細菌的組合,結果zui細菌產量約為28mg/L。 具有可檢測性,如對吸附在腸道上皮細胞的菌落的影響、存活能力、對人體大腸功能的影響、產生抑菌物。
